What we keep
- Your account: the username you pick, and an account number. Your Discord or Google name and picture aren't kept; your email address is kept by the sign-in service, used only for the emails you choose, and never shown to anyone on the portal.
- Your link code and the game characters it's linked to (name, rank, class, level).
- Your guild's uploads: the guild data Warchest already shares with every guildmate in game: the roster (names, ranks, classes, levels, public notes), what members hold and have made public in Warchest, the officer board (guild needs, stock alerts, raid, events, polls, loot points), the guild vault, attendance and leaderboard counters.
- Boss fights recorded by Warchest in raids: who was there, kill or wipe and how long, the consumables and world buffs each raider had at the pull, and (when the uploader uses the Details! damage meter) damage, healing, damage taken, deaths and spells. Only people the guild master allows see everyone's numbers; every member can see their own.
- Changes planned on the website and the codes made from them.
- Recruiting: a guild's listing in the guild finder (public, while the guild lists itself), your looking-for-guild post if you make one (seen by guild recruiters while it's switched on), and your applications and the replies on them (seen only by you and that guild's recruiters).
- Email: your email address comes from your Discord or Google sign-in and is never shown to anyone. We email you only about what you choose on your Account page (by default: guilds answering you, applications to your guild, and guild master alerts), through our email provider, Resend. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
- Discord: if your guild master connects a Discord channel, the webhook address (kept on the server, never shown) and what was posted lately. Posts carry guild news such as raid recaps; the guild master chooses whether recaps name top players.
What never leaves your computer
The file you upload is read in your browser. Before anything is sent, the portal drops: officer notes, guild and officer chat history, your own Warchest settings, and where items are on your own characters (the part of the file Warchest keeps private). Players who keep stats private or stay off the leaderboards in game are kept off them here too.
Who sees it
Only people on your guild's portal, with the access the guild master gives each role. The public guild page shows only what the guild master ticks, and it's off unless they turn it on. Applications are seen only by the player and the guild's recruiters. We don't sell or share data, and there are no ads or trackers.
Removing it
- Your account: Account > Delete my account removes your account, link code and links at once.
- Your guild: the guild master can delete everything the website holds about the guild in Settings, or only its boss fights.
- A single character: Link a character > Unlink.
- Your looking-for-guild post: Find a guild > Delete my post.
